Anonymous Staff Survey

(Beta Service – Special Intro Rate)

A low-barrier way to gain insight into the real needs of your workforce, before they burn out or leave.

Most companies don’t have accurate data on how many of their staff are neurodivergent, or what’s actually making their work harder. That’s where this service comes in.

You’ll get:

  • A short, anonymous survey sent to all staff
  • Insight into how many people identify as ND or have ND traits
  • An overview of workplace barriers and unmet needs
  • Suggestions from staff on what would help them thrive
  • A summary report highlighting key patterns and potential next steps

This is perfect if you're just starting to explore neuroinclusion, and want a clearer picture before committing to a full audit or training programme.

Introductory Pricing:

£125 for every 100 employees (e.g. £125 for small orgs, £250 for orgs with 200 staff, etc.)

Access to Work Guidance

Helping you and your employees get the support you’re entitled to, without the overwhelm.

Many employers don’t realise that government support is available to help fund reasonable adjustments for neurodivergent staff. Access to Work can cover costs for equipment, coaching, job carving, and more, but the process can be confusing.

I can help by:

  • Explaining what A2W is, and how it works
  • Supporting employees with the application process
  • Advising on what counts as an eligible adjustment
  • Helping you follow up or troubleshoot issues with DWP
